Is Decoupling Right for Wisconsin?
To ensure adequate interaction we plan to keep the meeting as a small working group of around 30. We will also limit attendance to one person per company. This is not intended as a training session, thus, the candidates nominated must have a working knowledge of rates and decoupling.
